Biodinâmica in the “Nerd Night” at Russell´s place

A night to learn a little more about ants’ world

Dr. Brian Fisher, Chair of Entomology at the California Academy of Sciences, and Dr. Flavia Esteves, an ant taxonomist who has been studying ants for more than 10 years around the world, described the unique behaviors and incredible adaptions of our planet’s most charismatic “microfauna”.

It was also possible for the public to watch ants of our houses through the magnifying glass and get to know a little more about them.

Biodinâmica believes this kind of events are a key for public awareness, providing also services of environmental and scientific promotion and environmental awareness, besides from technical training and from knowledge transfer in environment, biodiversity and ecosystems.
